職位描述:
1.制定海外年度及月度工作計(jì)劃,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成銷售目標(biāo)并達(dá)成預(yù)期
2.統(tǒng)籌銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作開(kāi)展,指導(dǎo)銷售人員完成銷售業(yè)績(jī)和指標(biāo),并對(duì)業(yè)績(jī)進(jìn)行跟蹤考核,提升員工的業(yè)績(jī)表現(xiàn)
3.負(fù)責(zé)公司國(guó)外銷售業(yè)務(wù)的拓展與維護(hù),與客戶建立長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系,確保項(xiàng)目的穩(wěn)定推進(jìn)
4.負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)重點(diǎn)客戶的拜訪、關(guān)系維護(hù)等管理工作,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品銷售,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)利益最大化
5.負(fù)責(zé)組織公司的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷活動(dòng),推動(dòng)市場(chǎng)推廣計(jì)劃的實(shí)施,提高產(chǎn)品知名度和客戶滿意度
6.組織編制公司的產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營(yíng)策略、銷售政策以及銷售管理制度,對(duì)下屬進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)
7.協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部的關(guān)系,為公司發(fā)展創(chuàng)造更多的機(jī)會(huì)
8.完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)
職位要求:
1.具有電力儲(chǔ)能或能源領(lǐng)域從業(yè)背景優(yōu)先
2.本科及以上學(xué)歷,8年以上同崗管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中5年以上儲(chǔ)能行業(yè)相關(guān)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.具有較強(qiáng)的人際交往溝通能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力,具有良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)
4.具有豐富的人脈資源和客戶關(guān)系,具備出色的談判技巧和市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓能力
5.具有很強(qiáng)的判斷與決策能力、執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)、學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),能承受較大的工作壓力
